At Finally.™, our customers' satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. Please read this policy carefully: all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the two cases described below — a defective product, or a claim under The Finally Guarantee.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

The following are considered covered defects: a product damaged in transit (torn pouch, seal broken on arrival), a product past its best-before date on delivery, a wrong product, or an obvious manufacturing defect.

Please note: site visuals may show slight variations in color or packaging depending on your screen and minor manufacturing updates; these do not qualify for a refund. Likewise, since dietary supplements work according to each person's metabolism, how quickly results appear can vary from one person to another and does not constitute a product defect (see The Finally Guarantee below).

If your product has a confirmed defect:

  • Contact us at support@takefinally.com with your order number and a photo of the product
  • No return is necessary
  • We'll issue a full refund or a replacement immediately after verification

We believe in our formula. If, after trying it as directed (2 cubes per person), neither of you is satisfied with your results within 30 nights of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full — and you keep the pouch.

No Other Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and health-protection reasons, and because our supplements are ingestible products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than the two cases above. This includes change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or unopened products. Please order carefully and review the product's composition with respect to any allergies, intolerances, or medical contraindications before purchasing.
