Shipping Policy

At Finally.™, we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition — discreetly, every time.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

2. Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, average delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7 to 14 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 20 business days

These time frames are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, peak periods, strikes, etc.).

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by local authorities and remain the customer's responsibility.

3. Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. No logo, no product name, no hint of what's inside — not on the label, not on your bank statement. What happens in your bedroom stays in your bedroom.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.
If shipping fees apply to certain destinations, they are calculated and displayed automatically before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order at any time directly on our site via the "Track Your Order" page, accessible from the main menu.

6. Delayed Package

If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time, we invite you to:

  • Check your tracking status on the "Track Your Order" page
  • Contact our customer service at support@takefinally.com with your order number

We'll do everything we can to get back to you quickly with a suitable solution.

7. Lost Package

If a package is declared lost by the carrier, Finally.™ will offer you the choice of:

  • A reshipment of your order
  • A full refund

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Any change request must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation by emailing support@takefinally.com. After this time frame, Finally.™ cannot be held responsible for a package that is not delivered due to an incorrect address.
