These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all sales between Finally.™ ("the Seller") and any buyer ("the Customer") placing an order on takefinally.com. Placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale on takefinally.com are dietary supplements, described and presented as accurately as possible, particularly regarding their composition, dosage, usage directions, and photos.
Minor visual variations may occur due to screen display settings or minor packaging updates. These variations do not constitute a conformity defect.
Disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. This product is intended for adults only. It is not recommended for pregnant or nursing women, for those undergoing hormonal treatment, or for those with heart conditions or blood pressure issues. If you are under medical treatment or in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 cubes per person per day.

Article 3 — Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD), excluding any shipping fees, which are shown before you complete your order.
Finally.™ reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Any change will not affect orders already placed and confirmed by email.
Article 4 — Orders
4.1 Order process — An order is considered firm and final once the Customer has validated their cart, entered their details, selected a shipping method, and confirmed payment. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided.
4.2 Cancellation or modification — Once placed, an order is immediately sent to our fulfillment team. Any cancellation or modification request must be made within 2 hours of order confirmation by contacting our customer service at with your order number. After this time, the order will already be in process and no cancellation or modification can be guaranteed.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
All transactions are secured through Shopify Payments and its certified partners. Finally.™ never stores the Customer's card data.
Article 6 — Shipping
6.1 Timeframes — Orders ship within 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Average delivery times are 7 to 14 business days depending on destination (up to 20 business days for international destinations).
6.2 Discreet packaging — All orders ship in a plain, unmarked box with no logo or product name visible, on the package or on your billing statement.
6.3 Tracking — A tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships. Tracking is available on the site via the "Track Your Order" page.
6.4 Liability — Finally.™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, events of force majeure, or any circumstances beyond its control. For a lost package, please contact our customer service at .
Article 7 — Defective or Non-Conforming Products
For hygiene and health-protection reasons, and because our supplements are ingestible products, we do not accept returns for personal convenience.
We do, however, stand behind every order. Covered defects include: a product damaged in transit (torn pouch, seal broken on arrival), a product past its best-before date on delivery, a wrong product, or an obvious manufacturing defect.
If your product has a confirmed defect, contact our customer service at with a photo of the product and your order number. After verification, a full refund or replacement is issued without returning the product.
This does not affect the satisfaction guarantee set out in Article 8.
Article 8 — Warranty
8.1 Product warranty — Except for the satisfaction guarantee below and any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, the products are provided "as is," and Finally.™ disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8.2 The Finally Guarantee — 30-Night Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee — Finally.™ offers a 30-night satisfaction guarantee from the date the order is received. If the Customer is not satisfied with their results after trying the product as directed (2 cubes per person), they may request a full refund of their order by contacting customer service at with their order number — and may keep the pouch. This guarantee applies once per Customer and per household, on the first order only.
Article 9 — Liability
Finally.™ commits to doing everything it can to ensure the Customer's satisfaction. However, it cannot be held liable in cases of failure to follow the usage directions and precautions shown on the packaging and on the site, improper storage of the product after delivery, force majeure, or acts attributable to a third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finally.™'s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
It is the Customer's responsibility to review the product's composition with respect to any allergies, intolerances, or medical contraindications before use.
Article 10 — Intellectual Property
All content on takefinally.com (text, images, logos, the Finally.™ trademark) is the exclusive property of MENDEL LLC. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
